Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional Tech Sourcer to help shape the future of our engineering and product teams, driving the growth of a category-defining AI startup from the ground up.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical roles and team needs
Source top-tier software engineers and product talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and creative channels
Screen candidates through initial calls or assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and fit
Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach and nurture strong relationships
Track and optimize sourcing pipelines and metrics, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Maintain ATS accuracy and support smooth handoffs to recruiters
Promote DualEntry’s employer brand and create a standout candidate journey

Requirements:

3+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in startups or high-growth companies
Proven track record of sourcing and screening passive candidates for challenging technical roles
Skilled with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-Ray, SeekOut, Gem) and ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
