Job Description:

We are looking for a true Technical Sourcer to help us identify and engage top-tier passive talent across technical roles in the robotics and AI industry. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. If you’re passionate about craft and love applying various sourcing techniques beyond just LinkedIn Recruiter, we’d love to meet you.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans focused exclusively on passive candidate engagement for highly specialized technical roles
Utilize a wide variety of sourcing tools, databases, forums, and creative strategies beyond LinkedIn Recruiter to uncover hidden talent
Build and maintain top-of-funnel pipelines, tracking engagement and conversion metrics for continuous improvement
Conduct initial outreach and personalized messaging to assess passive candidates' fit and interest
Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in our ATS
Stay current on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to inform sourcing strategies

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in technical sourcing with a strong focus on passive candidate engagement
Demonstrated success sourcing for complex, niche technical roles (e.g., AI, robotics, embedded systems, mechanical design)
Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques and tools
Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and engage top passive talent
Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with recruiters and hiring managers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Must be available to work on-site 100% in Palo Alto, CA
