Technical Sourcer

• Design creative top-of-funnel strategies and build trusted partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Generate and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Use talent maps, data, and funnel metrics to inform sourcing strategy and proactively identify bottlenecks
• Effectively pitch passive talent on the Airtable opportunity through tailored, creative messaging and conversation
• Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process
• Organize recruiting initiatives to generate leads (such as referral drives, nurture campaigns, events), and build processes to help the team scale the way we engage passive talent

• 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing, specifically building high volume pipelines for software engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proactive self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease
• Familiarity with sourcing tools & platforms like LinkedIn, Gem, and Greenhouse
• Energized by new technologies (Airtable, AI, etc)
• Results-oriented and eager to get things done
• Data-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Team oriented
• Insatiably curious and a lifelong learner
