Seismic is seeking a high-performing Contract Recruitment Sourcer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team in India. This is a critical role responsible for actively sourcing and engaging top passive talent across highly competitive technical domains. You will be instrumental in building diverse, high-quality pipelines that directly fuel our growth.
Job Responsibility:
Finding Talent: be the go-to person for sourcing talent from multiple channels
Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
Strategy Alignment: Conduct in-depth intake meetings to align on hiring profiles, success metrics, and overall sourcing strategy with hiring partners
Market Intelligence: Provide data-backed advice on talent market availability and competitive compensation trends to influence hiring decisions
Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics (conversion rates, time-to-source) to evaluate pipeline health and suggest process improvements
Building Our Brand: Help amplify Seismic's employer brand and establish our presence in the India market
Managing ATS: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS) up-to-date and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment journey
Special Projects: Jump in on special projects and people initiatives as needed
Requirements:
5 to 8 years of candidate sourcing/recruiting experience, preferably within the Technology sector (SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, Gaming, etc.)
Proven track record of successfully hiring roles in high-demand, specialized areas such as Software Engineering, Product Management, or Data Science
Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up, manage workload, and operate autonomously to hit hiring targets
Excellent communication and consultation skills
ability to partner effectively with senior Hiring Managers and Leaders
Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
