Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced customer-facing solutions engineer with frontend dev experience to join us as we build the backbone of technical sales. In this role, you’ll need to think critically about our customers’ goals and understand the Coast platform inside and out. By keeping a lean team, we’ve been able to move fast and want to keep it that way with high performers that take pride in their work. The role will work directly with our Founders and alongside our team in-person in our NYC office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Become a Coast subject matter expert addressing questions, concerns and requests
  • Build technical PoCs for our prospective customers pre-sale
  • Help support onboarding, training and technical solutioning post-sale
  • Have a deep understanding of customers' technical challenges and help solve them with Coast’s platform
  • Identify product gaps and opportunities based on customer needs for our roadmap

Requirements:

  • Located in New York and able to work in office
  • Experience with frontend development, APIs and Javascript
  • Bachelor’s degree
