Job Description:

This is a hands-on role designed to fill the technical gap between product theory and live customer implementation. You will move beyond coordination to actively manage technical delivery, setup, and support.

Job Responsibility:

Actively perform server setup, network configuration, and equipment deployment for demonstration environments and customer project go-lives
Manage the end-to-end integration of medical devices and IT solutions within hospital systems
Conduct thorough UAT and provide technical validation
Act as the technical face of the company, managing interactions and demanding high performance from external vendors
Participate in the 24/7 standby rotation to ensure immediate response to critical incidents
Support the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the project schedule and technical requirements

Requirements:

Practical experience handling healthcare solutions from the vendor or service provider side
Proven real-world experience in IT integration
Relevant experience in healthcare equipment or solution deployment
Familiarity with integration standards (HL7, DICOM) is a strong advantage
Understanding of coding logic or scripting is a plus
