Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and forward thinking Technical Solutions Architect who can translate business needs into robust, scalable, and future proof technical solutions. You will play a key role in defining our architectural direction, guiding strategic initiatives, and ensuring technical excellence across the organization. A crucial part of this role is supporting teams during business critical incidents - diagnosing issues, stabilizing services, and resolving complex technical problems under pressure. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization and act as a trusted advisor in both technical and strategic discussions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and maintain solution architecture for new and existing systems
  • Advise business stakeholders and development teams on technical possibilities and constraints
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements, technology choices, and implementation
  • Design integration patterns, API structures (SOAP, REST, GraphQL), and data models
  • Design Java based services using Spring Boot
  • Integrate solutions with identity and security frameworks (e.g., SAML2)
  • Participate in technology evaluations and platform selections
  • Produce high quality technical documentation and present solutions to stakeholders
  • Contribute to governance, architectural principles, and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high quality delivery
  • Support critical incident handling by troubleshooting complex issues and guiding teams toward fast and effective resolution

Requirements:

  • Solid experience as a Solutions Architect, Software Architect, or Senior Developer
  • Strong understanding of modern architectural principles
  • Experience with API design, microservices, integrations, and event driven architectures
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and automation (Azure DevOps)
  • Experience working with enterprise scale system landscapes
  • The ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and effectively
  • A structured, analytical mindset with a strong focus on quality and clarity
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective during high pressure, business critical incidents
