Job Responsibility:
Discover and analyze existing user access by working with IT system administrators
Engage with different IT system administrators to understand the existing access and applications provisioned for end-users within their applications
Work with Onsite IAM Engineers and Lead to provide the analyzed data so the IAM team can use it as part of the RBAC strategy
Passively involve with IAM team in interviews with business owners to understand and document the access and business needs for RBAC strategy
Document all the discovery, strategic and tactical plans and deliverables on timely basis
Ability to work with AD, Azure AD, SailPoint IDN, Enterprise Reporter, ServiceNow, PowerShell and other tools to pull the reports for the discovery and analysis
Ability to correlate access and identify permissions that represent Least Privilege
Preform a tactical gap analysis to develop a remediation plan to comply with NYDFS for access reviews
Requirements:
3+ years of consulting/implementation/operational experience primarily in performing account and access discovery
2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
Knowledge in RBAC and SailPoint
Experience in Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms
Experience in Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
Experience in Databases (MSSQL, Mainframe DB2)
Experience in Microsoft Tools (Excel, Macros, PowerBI)
Knowledge of Authentication protocols such as (Kerberos, LDAPS, NTLM, SAML, OAUTH)
Experience in applying security principles like Least privileges and SoD
PowerShell Scripting for discovering accounts and its accessing from systems like Microsoft directory services, SQL, Servers and Linux Servers
Strong Analytical Skills to analyze, correlate and consolidate the discovered data
Collaboration Skills to work with Apps and Ops teams
