Job Description

The Lead Engineer, Salesforce Development is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. This position involves leading a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the functionality and efficiency of Salesforce applications within the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and ensuring best practices are followed
  • Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions, including integrations with other enterprise systems
  • Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Continuously optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and usability
  • Ensure all Salesforce solutions comply with organizational policies and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with proven leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration techniques
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
