The Lead Engineer, Salesforce Development is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. This position involves leading a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the functionality and efficiency of Salesforce applications within the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and ensuring best practices are followed
Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions, including integrations with other enterprise systems
Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
Continuously optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and usability
Ensure all Salesforce solutions comply with organizational policies and industry standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with proven leadership experience
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration techniques
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Experience in working with Agile SCRUM development methodology
A passion for technology and developing your own technical skills
A results-oriented individual with the ability to work to deadlines, communicate and work effectively with other team members both on site and remote
