As a Technical Services Quoting Co‑ordinator at A‑SAFE, you’ll play a crucial role in translating customer requirements into precise quotations and technical drawings that ensure our industry‑leading safety systems are designed and installed correctly. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven position where your work directly supports sales success, customer satisfaction, and safe project delivery across the UK and beyond.
Job Responsibility:
Translate site survey findings and customer requirements into accurate, compliant technical solutions
Create, update and manage technical drawings using our in‑house quotation software and electronic drawing tools
Prepare quotations, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and supporting documents that ensure smooth handover to our installation teams
Work closely with Internal Sales, External Sales (ASMs), Partner Account Managers and Installation Co‑ordinators to ensure clarity throughout the quotation and delivery process
Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring projects have full visibility and traceability across the business
Support continuous improvement by spotting opportunities to enhance accuracy, workflow efficiency and communication
Help ensure quotation turnaround times meet SLA expectations, supporting excellent customer experience and commercial outcomes
Requirements:
Experience working with electronic drawings or computer‑aided design (CAD) tools
Ability to read, understand and interpret site drawings
High attention to detail and strong accuracy in technical work
Ability to learn new systems quickly as you’ll be working with both our in‑house quoting system and our new Conek platform
Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with multiple teams
Ability to prioritise effectively across varying project sizes and workloads
Experience using CRM systems (NetSuite or equivalent)
Strong IT literacy across standard office applications
A self‑starter with excellent organisation, time management and the ability to work autonomously
Nice to have:
Experience in industrial safety, barrier systems or other technical/engineering environments
Relevant technical, engineering or construction qualification (or equivalent experience)
CAD training or certification (advantageous but not essential)
Experience in estimating, technical support or roles involving data collation for quotations
