Job Description

Our client, a progressive real estate and infrastructure organization, is seeking a Technical Services Manager. In this high-visibility position, you will act as the independent orchestrator of the technical division—driving tenders, contracts, and licensing by strategically coordinating elite external consultants and contractors to deliver landmark asset transformations.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing the full project lifecycle from technical assessment and budgeting to tendering and final execution
  • Collaborating with and strategically coordinating external engineering consultants, contractors, and technical advisors
  • Overseeing technical studies, construction works, and maintenance for building and electromechanical infrastructure assets
  • Monitoring project compliance, quality, and technical progress in alignment with current legislation and safety standards
  • Driving technical tendering, procurement processes, cost control, and contractor performance evaluations
  • Leading the technical maturation and delivery of high-impact redevelopment, logistics, and mixed-use asset projects
  • Coordinating fire safety, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness initiatives across managed properties

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 4–5 years of professional experience in construction permitting, technical project coordination, and engineering supervision
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple technical projects simultaneously in complex environments
  • Good understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing public-sector or large-scale projects
  • Familiarity with technical tendering, contractor management, and project budgeting processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and GIS-related tools
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal
