Job Description:

As a key member of the AJW Group Technical Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our operational excellence. Reporting to the Technical Team Leader, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing aircraft component repair and overhaul costs, overseeing warranty processes, and ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations. You will also track on-wing performance of components to support reliability, cost-efficiency, and regulatory alignment across our inventory and technical operations.

Job Responsibility:

Monitoring and managing aircraft component repair and overhaul costs
Overseeing warranty processes
Ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations
Tracking on-wing performance of components to support reliability, cost-efficiency, and regulatory alignment
Driving cost-effective decisions on component repair, warranty, and overhaul
Acting as the go-to technical contact for customers, translating complex data into clear recommendations
Spotting opportunities to improve reliability and performance using real-world data, new technologies, and predictive insights
Ensuring airworthiness and regulatory standards are met across systems and teams
Crafting clear engineering reports and presenting back to customers

Requirements:

Deep technical knowledge of airworthiness fundamentals and regulations like EASA/FAA (Part M, 21, 145, 66, 147, DER, PMA)
Experience in an airline, MRO, CAMO, or workshop environment
Comfortable managing technical documentation (RSPLs, IPCs, SBs, ADs) and coordinating actions in response to regulatory changes
Ability to spot issues beyond immediate role, challenge the status quo, and bring forward practical solutions
Knowledge of technical systems and platforms, and ability to find the right data or documents
