To perform the technical services function for AHM CAMO contracted aircraft, new aircraft delivery and Part 145 project aircraft.
Job Responsibility:
To perform the technical services function for AHM CAMO contracted aircraft, new aircraft delivery and Part 145 project aircraft
To perform Technical Services function under the scope of AHM approved CAMO policy and procedures
Ensure the departmental process and procedures complied with Malaysian Civil Aviation Regulation (MCAR), CAAM Civil Aviation Directives (CAD) and related CAAM Civil Aviation Guidance Materials (CAGM)
Verify the adequacy of the CAMO process to meet the regulatory and operational requirement
Verify the effectiveness and efficiency of CAME, CAMP and CAMO forms
Ensure effective and efficient liaison with CAAM on matters related to continuing airworthiness, interpretation of regulation, policy, procedures and maintenance certification matters
Responsible for undertaking the necessary corrective action and preventive actions due to audit and ensure the implementation
Liaison with manufacturer and operator for any continuing airworthiness technical and regulatory related matters
Support day-to-day basis of CAMO technical services function, including related issues on the continuing airworthiness matters i.e Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Mandatory Service Bulletins, Master Servicing Manuals, Airworthiness Limitation Sections , and any modification outside of Type Certificate Holder (TCH) approved documentation
Coordinate modifications and/or repairs with the AHM Design Office or any other Approved Design Organisation (DOA)
Reliability reporting and repetitive defects monitoring for aircraft under AHM contract, including monthly reliability report and Reliability Board meeting
Development, revision and customization of Reliability Programme Manual, including its evaluation and review of AHM reliability programme in respect of continuous monitoring of the effectiveness of the programme
Development, revision and customization of Maintenance Programme and Master Equipment List MEL (If applicable)
Development, revision and customization and completion of Airworthiness Fight Test Schedule and Maintenance Check Flight Schedule
To develop Engineering Services Inspection (ESI) based on the approved documents for the instruction to maintenance (AMO)
To prepare Used Aircraft Report (UAR) for the application of Certificate of Airworthiness of used aircraft(s)
To lead the aircraft bridging check from one approved AMP to another approved programme, whenever necessary
To assist and prepare aircraft weighing related documentation including Mass & Balance Report and Mass & Center of Gravity Schedule
To actively monitor and provide updates to the aircraft status list and/or envision database to the latest manufacturer manual and aligned with CAAM approved Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP)
Focal point for the procedure and process related to the AMP and CAMO Tools ( Aircraft Stats List, Envision)
Cross-functional project participation, including new aircraft deliveries, Return to Service, induction of new/used aircraft, bridging inspection, reliability programme and other related activities requiring maintenance and certification planning
Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct
Carry out any other task as directed by the superior
Requirements:
Minimum level: Diploma in Aircraft Engineering/ Electro-Mechanical/ Aeronautical or equivalent
Preferable having Bachelor degree in Aircraft Engineering/ Electro-Mechanical/ Aeronautical or equivalent
Proficiency in using technology systems & tools
proficient in Microsoft Office and CAMO Monitoring Software MIS
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills: reporting, presentations, etc.
Understanding of aircraft planning/maintenance systems and techniques and their relation to the aircraft maintenance program
Conversant with rules and regulations of Civil Aviation Authorities, pertaining to the CAMO, AMO, DOA, policies, procedures, manuals
Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of CAAM part 145, part 21 and sub part “M” requirements
3 Years experience of maintenance organization task/activity in an approved maintenance organisation organization, or experience of continuing airworthiness management task/activity
