As a Wrike Technical Consultant, you will be at the forefront of customer innovation, helping them unlock unprecedented levels of productivity. Your mission is to design and deploy advanced solutions that establish Wrike as the central orchestrator of work across our customers’ application ecosystems. This role requires you to become a master of the Wrike API, our complete solution stack (Wrike Integrate, Wrike Analyze), and the ever-evolving landscape of AI technologies. Through hands-on implementation and strategic consultation, you will build intelligent workflows that deliver immediate, measurable impact. We are looking for a passionate, quick-learning consultant who can architect solutions and guide our customers to success.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Solution Design: Act as a technical advisor, partnering with customers to understand their core business challenges and designing innovative solutions that leverage the Wrike platform and integrated AI to drive significant value and ROI
Hands-On Implementation & Integration: Take ownership of the end-to-end technical delivery, building and configuring robust integrations and automated workflows using platforms like Workato to connect Wrike seamlessly into the customer's tech stack
Customer Enablement & Documentation: Create clear, comprehensive documentation and provide knowledge transfer to empower customers, ensuring they are confident in managing and scaling their new solutions long-term
Technical Health & Optimization: Proactively troubleshoot, test, and optimize customer solutions to ensure they are performant, reliable, and continuously delivering the expected outcomes
Product Mastery & Advocacy: Develop deep expertise in Wrike's entire product suite and the broader AI landscape, acting as a go-to resource for customers and internal teams on technical capabilities and best practices
Process & Knowledge Contribution: Continuously improve our delivery processes and contribute to our internal knowledge base, enhancing the quality and efficiency of our services for all customers
Community Leadership: Actively engage with the Wrike community, sharing insights, code samples, and innovative use cases that inspire and enable other users
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
Experience with Integration Platforms as a Service (iPaaS) like Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft
Strong working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP) and data structures (JSON/XML)
Coding experience (e.g., Java, Python, or similar) for the purpose of scripting, integration, and data manipulation
Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Understanding of major technology trends, especially in enterprise application integration and the practical application of AI/ML
Comfortable working US or APAC shift timings
Nice to have:
Proficiency with shell scripting and other automation tools
Experience with cloud business applications (e.g., Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
Deep vertical expertise in any of our core business workflows (campaign management, creative production, client-service delivery, product lifecycle management, or Project Portfolio Management)
