Job Description

Join PPG as a Technical Service Trainee in our Automotive OEM division and embark on a comprehensive training journey designed to develop your technical expertise and customer service skills. Job Responsibility

  • Participate in a comprehensive rotational training program across multiple departments to gain broad business understanding and strategic insights
  • Learn from experienced technical service professionals in diagnosing and resolving complex customer technical issues
  • Master the use of diagnostic tools, software, and specialized equipment essential to technical service operations
  • Engage in leadership development workshops, seminars, and mentoring sessions to build management and interpersonal capabilities
  • Develop effective communication skills to understand customer technical problems and provide timely, clear updates
  • Learn to maintain a customer-oriented mindset with unwavering focus on service excellence

Requirements
