Job Responsibility

  • Run, maintain and develop 1st level technical support for the Polish market across all automotive areas, including HV topics, as well as 2nd level technical support for Central Europe, covering 12 markets
  • Implement, run and maintain technical support structure for all internal company functions
  • Implement, run and maintain a regular meeting system with Dealer Organization and identified external parties to promote the transfer of technical information and experience in the spirit of team building
  • Coach technical personnel at dealerships and support knowledge sharing across the dealer network
  • Meet and test drive with customers in co-ordination with the A6 function, including Customer Care and Warranty
  • Visit Dealerships and External Partners at the request of A6 to support technical cases handling and cooperation
  • Active participation in the Expert Tool Community organization, High Voltage Community organization, Special Case processing, Technical Action Community organization with local Authorities, like CEPiK, TDT, UOKiK – all of them after specific training

Requirements

  • University degree preferably in Engineering or Automotive or similar qualification
  • 5 years of technical experience in automotive industry at wholesale or retail level
  • Being fluent in both English and Polish
  • In depth technical knowledge of automotive technology/function at sub-component level
  • Automotive homologation rules and criteria of procedures knowledge

Nice to have

  • Additional technical German would be an advantage
  • BMW technology knowledge would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of crash data analyses would be an advantage
  • Legal regulations regarding technical campaigns management would be an advantage
  • Polish automotive environment awareness and experience would be an advantage
