Based in Frankfurt (highly preferred due to hub connectivity) or Berlin
Energized by travel and willing to be on the road 80%+ of the time
Strong technical background (electromechanical/hardware) and the soft skills required to teach others how to use that technology
Fluency in German and English
Valid driver’s license is required

Job Responsibility

Installation & Customer Training (On-Site): Travel to customer sites to unpack, install, commission, and calibrate new 3D printing systems
Conduct structured on-site training sessions for new and existing customers
Perform live product demos
Break-Fix & Maintenance (On-Site): Act as a deployable resource for customers facing downtime
Manage a schedule of annual maintenance visits
Employ critical thinking to diagnose electromechanical issues
Logistics & Reporting: Execute a high volume of activity
Independently manage a complex travel schedule
Maintain meticulous records of installations, training sessions completed, and repairs in Salesforce
