The Technical Service Administrator (TSA) is a desk-based role responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and managing related administrative tasks. The TSA ensures accurate order entry, monitors delivery timelines, and communicates updates to internal teams and customers. This role contributes to operational efficiency by maintaining system records, supporting invoicing accuracy, and driving continuous improvement within the Technical Services team.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately process customer orders and maintain system records to ensure smooth, error-free order fulfillment
Coordinate deliveries and monitor timelines, proactively communicating updates to internal teams and customers
Support invoicing accuracy by ensuring order and delivery details are complete and up to date
Contribute to operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and supporting continuous improvement within the Technical Services team
Requirements:
Good communication skills & confident dealing with customers and internal colleagues at all levels
A self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
Strong prioritization skills
Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
IT literate
Attention to detail
