Job Description:

We’re partnering with a global hospitality and retail leader on a major ERP transformation. As Technical Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of the NetSuite platform, guiding teams across Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, and Testing, and serving as the key technical advisor to ensure scalable, future-ready solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the design and optimisation of scalable, resilient ERP architecture
Lead architecture, integration, data migration, and testing teams to meet programme milestones
Define and execute the ERP roadmap, aligned with operational and enterprise goals
Ensure documentation, reporting, and adherence to technology governance standards

Requirements:

8+ years in technology leadership with a strong focus on ERP design, delivery, and optimisation
Track record delivering large-scale ERP programmes in fast-paced or customer-centric settings
Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, NetSuite, and digital transformation

Nice to have:

Experience with customer-facing systems (POS, inventory, hotel management, kiosks) is a plus
