We are seeking a dynamic, client-facing Salesforce Customer Cloud Consultant to lead a high-impact integration project. This role requires a tech-savvy leader who can evangelize Salesforce solutions, manage teams across onsite and offshore, and deliver hands-on technical excellence. If you’re passionate about MuleSoft integrations, Java development, and advanced Salesforce capabilities like OmniStudio and IWC, this is your opportunity to shine.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Customer Cloud implementation and MuleSoft integration
  • Direct and manage onsite and offshore development teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Act as a client-facing consultant, presenting solutions and driving adoption of Salesforce Customer Cloud
  • Provide hands-on development in MuleSoft, Salesforce Customer Cloud, Java, Omnistudio, and IWC
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, design architecture, and ensure seamless integration
