Job Responsibility:
Support sales managers and representatives with review of specifications, equipment selection, pricing, and proposal preparation
Present differentiating technologies, products, and support services to existing and new customers
Be a resource and point of contact for customers by providing technical knowledge, expertise, and documentation regarding equipment and systems
Support project and account managers with product knowledge to satisfy customer needs
Interact professionally with sales, project management, engineering, procurement, and customer support personnel regarding specific equipment, customers, and projects
Understand and address the customer's technical specifications with internal equipment datasheets, understanding stakeholder concerns as well as equipment, application, and project risks
Provide the best possible Customer Value + Technical Solution that is safe, efficient, reliable, and profitable for the client as well as for the Company
Build long-term customer relationships through management and interpretation of their needs
Support the development of sales strategies for new products
Provide technical selling support and product applications support
Develop process improvement initiatives to better support the Canadian market and the internal team
