This is a senior technical sales role responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of flat roof and roofing system projects. The position plays a strategic role in driving product conversion, supporting consultants and contractors with technical solutions, and strengthening long-term partnerships across key accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow assigned accounts and project pipeline within the flat roofing segment
Drive conversion of projects from metal deck systems to flat roof, TPO, and sandwich panel solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with applicators, main contractors, consultants, architects, and project owners
Provide technical support and solution proposals to consultants and project stakeholders
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor sales performance, margins, and component KPIs to meet business targets
Ensure accurate CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and timely reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical sales within building materials, roofing, façade, or construction solutions
Strong exposure to project-based sales and consultant-driven environments
Solid understanding of flat roofing systems, waterproofing, or related construction products
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles effectively
Good presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Comfortable with travel and working in a flexible, field-based role
