As part of our Southern Europe division (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, North Africa), we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer committed to industrial innovation. Your role: Reporting to our sales team and in close collaboration with our design office, you will be mainly responsible for the North East and central part of Italy. You will play a key role in the development of our business by ensuring the technical and commercial follow-up of our customers.
Job Responsibility:
Identify customer needs and propose tailor-made technical solutions
Carry out regular customer visits and maintain a relationship of trust
Respond to calls for tenders and negotiate pricing conditions
Manage contracts and ensure complete follow-up of technical/commercial sales
Ensure the entire business process, from technical advice to financial follow-up to final settlement
Prospect new markets and actively contribute to the commercial strategy
Participate in the development of business forecasts and development plans
Requirements:
Mechanical, electrical or thermal engineering degree
Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial thermal engineering, ideally with a furnace manufacturer or supplier of industrial heating systems equipment
Autonomy, team spirit, sense of customer service
Proficiency in the Office Pack and office automation tools
