Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within waste, aggregates, construction, or environmental services
  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing sales teams to achieve and exceed KPIs
  • Solution-focused mindset with a track record of delivering value in regulated environments
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable ready to challenge the status quo and drive positive change
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and territory management skills
