You’ll be managing an agreed list of customers and take full ownership for customer relationships at every level, creating effective account action plans in order to achieve sales, revenue, product mix and profit targets. As a Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for maximising our business potential for the Energy Efficiency Team within City Plumbing.
Job Responsibility:
Provide consistent and considered communication throughout our internal and external customer stakeholder network
Engage with the Energy Efficiency Design & Estimation Team to deliver a project sales management approach
Identify, secure and develop a customer base of key contractors within an agreed area
Champion an energy efficiency agenda within your territory developing a network of internal customer relationships
Create and continually develop an ‘Account Development Plan' for each customer
Requirements:
