Our direct sales team in EMEA is looking for talented, tech-savvy professionals, with persistence, passion and a customer service focus. If you can build positive relationships with customers and help them with their sales or service-related questions, join our team as a Technical Sales Executive supporting customers in the EMEA region from our our Berlin office. We are looking for talented, goal-driven professionals who will be responsible for quickly responding to prospective customers, creating and utilizing outreach strategies, and identifying and closing sales opportunities. You will work on inbound leads, which means no cold calling! For adventurous people: this role presents an opportunity to transfer permanently or a temporary rotation in the US (Boston, Milwaukee)!
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the full end-to-end (E2E) sales cycle, from lead inquiry to deal closure, with a strong focus on technical and technological solutions
Identify and engage with B2B clients seeking advanced technological and technical products, nurturing leads and moving them efficiently through the sales pipeline
Proactively foster long-term relationships with existing customers, focusing on their evolving technical needs to ensure growth and sustained satisfaction
Collaborate closely with internal technical experts and product engineers to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through sophisticated engineering and technology-based solutions that align with their business needs
Requirements:
C1 or better fluency in Italian AND English is required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business- or STEM-related field
0-5 years experience in end-to-end B2B sales, preferably within the technology or engineering or similar sectors
A strong background in selling advanced technical or technological products is essential, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles
Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to final deal closure, with a focus on technical solutions
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner
