Our client is a leading agency and distribution house specializing in the sales, marketing, and safe & efficient handling of a wide range of speciality chemicals for the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Feed and Food Additives, Industrial, and Process Industries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the industrial and manufacturing sector
  • Provide technical expertise and advice to clients regarding product offerings, specifically in food additives
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain product quality
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
  • Generate detailed sales reports and provide insights for strategic planning
  • Being responsible for the sales of food ingredients to the Turkish Food Industry
  • Provide technical support to the customers

Requirements:

  • A strong background in the industrial and manufacturing industry, particularly in the sales of chemical raw materials and excipients for food additives
  • Graduate degree in Food Engineering preferable
  • Experienced in the sales of food & beverage ingredients to domestic food industry
  • meat, dairy, bakery, confectionary, beverage etc
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in sales
  • Proven skills in sales and account management
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the company's products and services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach
  • The capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language
  • Residency in Istanbul
