Our client is a leading agency and distribution house specializing in the sales, marketing, and safe & efficient handling of a wide range of speciality chemicals for the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Feed and Food Additives, Industrial, and Process Industries.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the industrial and manufacturing sector
Provide technical expertise and advice to clients regarding product offerings, specifically in food additives
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain product quality
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
Generate detailed sales reports and provide insights for strategic planning
Being responsible for the sales of food ingredients to the Turkish Food Industry
Provide technical support to the customers
Requirements:
A strong background in the industrial and manufacturing industry, particularly in the sales of chemical raw materials and excipients for food additives
Graduate degree in Food Engineering preferable
Experienced in the sales of food & beverage ingredients to domestic food industry
meat, dairy, bakery, confectionary, beverage etc
Minimum 3-8 years of experience in sales
Proven skills in sales and account management
Technical knowledge relevant to the company's products and services
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
A proactive and results-oriented approach
The capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language
Residency in Istanbul
