Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily technical support operations to meet business targets, standards, and compliance, including accountability for allocated management budgets and forecasts
Direct, lead, and monitor the Technical Sales Engineering team, reviewing performance and refining technical marketing strategies as required
Serve as the internal communication coordinator between the business unit and technical functions, offering technical advice to cross-functional groups
Provide advanced technical expertise to the sales organization by analyzing customer needs and proposing viable solutions
Collaborate with sales on product promotion and demonstration, attend customer meetings, and manage post-sales implementation and training
Requirements:
Degree in an engineering, materials, or product discipline, or 10+ years of relevant experience proving equivalent qualification
Educational concentration in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or Mechatronics is necessary
Requires 5-10 years of experience in R&D or the technical field within a global company, including 2-3 years in a people management position
Must demonstrate expert proficiency in technical product acumen, financial calculation capabilities, performance management, and English language skills
Proven expertise in leadership, team building, service mindset, networking, and detail orientation
Willingness to travel at a level between 30% and 60%, acting in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct
