This Technical Sales Engineering role is ideal for an engineer who is curious about sales, enjoys customer interaction, and wants to grow in a technical-commercial position with strong on-the-job development. Job Responsibility:
Support the sales organization with technical expertise across all products in Heating Systems
Work closely with Field Sales and production in Hallstahammar, and internal cross-functional teams
Be the technical backbone of the sales team, supporting standard and complex sales opportunities across all products
Translate customer needs into smart technical solutions in collaboration with the Field Sales organization
Prepare and contribute to winning technical proposals and support key initiatives such as RTO and ladle heaters
Support customers beyond the sale through implementation, troubleshooting, and technical training
Requirements:
Technical engineering background in mechanical, electrical, materials, or similar
Fluent in English and Swedish
Strong communication skills
Willingness to develop
Interest in sales
Enjoy understanding how technology creates value for customers
Enjoy solving problems
Enjoy explaining technical concepts clearly
Enjoy working closely with others
