Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of an established, innovative leader in industrial tech and liquid measurement systems. They are seeking a data-driven, process-oriented Technical Sales Coordinator to join their Edmonton team. In this role, you will be the backbone of the sales operations engine, bridging the gap between technical client inquiries, production capabilities, and CRM data integrity. Job Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize omnichannel communications (phone, email, chatbot) with B2B partners and clients
  • Act as the primary gatekeeper for HubSpot data integrity, ensuring all technical client interactions, touchpoints, and pipelines are meticulously documented according to established governance protocols
  • Analyze and represent the Voice of the Partner (VOP) internally to optimize the customer experience lifecycle
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s technical product portfolio to provide accurate, application-specific product knowledge to partners
  • Configure, build, and process complex technical quote requests and sales orders within the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
  • Liaise directly with supply chain, engineering, and production teams to monitor product availability, track lead times, and manage delivery expectations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to map out, audit, and document departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Provide high-level administrative backup to Account Managers and the Technical Support Engineering team
  • Coordinate corporate travel logistics (domestic and international) and manage corresponding technical expense reporting processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–5 years of experience within a technical sales, inside sales, or sales operations environment
  • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot (or a similar enterprise CRM/ticketing platform) is highly prioritized. Experience with pipeline management and data hygiene is crucial
  • Previous experience working within an ERP framework for order execution and supply chain tracking is an asset
  • Experience working within industrial manufacturing, automation, measurement tech, or related technical sectors is a strong asset
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong technical documentation skills, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
