Job Responsibility

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support
  • Technical Expertise: Provide accurate product information and technical assistance to help customers make informed decisions
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking sales progress
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including engineering and production, to ensure seamless communication and project execution
  • Produce approval and manufacturing drawing using AutoCAD

Requirements

  • Proficient in CAD
  • Relevant experience in a technical sales or co-ordination role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach with excellent organisational abilities

  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus
