Job Description

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive and analytical individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be joining a young, vibrant and international team who will support you throughout the duration of the graduate program to grow, develop and succeed.

Job Responsibility

  • Attend and complete necessary/assigned technical certifications and trainings to further develop product, design and architecture knowledge around HPE’s solutions portfolio
  • Contribute to the creation of an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer’s requirements
  • Maintain good communications with customers and partners
  • Support team members in making business critical decisions effecting both strategy and pricing
  • Compile data and provide analyses and business insights

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2025 or 2026 with a focus in business informatics, economics, IT or related subjects
  • Up to 12 months of relevant experience
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, alongside strong proficiency in Turkish or Polish are required for this role
  • High proficiency in Excel and have working knowledge of MS Office
  • Demonstrate a methodical approach with strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and planning skills
  • Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Power BI or any other tools used for business insight analysis
  • The desire to embrace new ideas and fresh thinking and seek out ideas different than your own
  • Experience as an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the world
  • Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment
