Job Description:

You will be responsible for providing technical support for our Civil and Para public customers of rotorcraft (helicopters) products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Response to inquiries and requests from customers and our MRO regarding defects in maintenance work and operations
  • Investigation of the cause of defects, fault investigation, technical review
  • Technical coordination with AH headquarters, dissemination of technical information to customers and within the company
  • Response to inquiries regarding technical documents
  • Visiting customers and supporting technical projects
  • Proposals and research for quality improvement and next-generation products

Requirements:

  • Those who have worked in helicopter-related work (mechanic, maintenance management, pilot, etc.) for more than 5 years (minimum 3 years)
  • Fixed wing qualification is also considered. In that case, those who are interested in helicopters and willing to learn
  • Having a rotary wing aircraft mechanic licence or aircraft factory mechanic licence are desirable. Experience in maintaining AH aircraft is a big advantage
  • English skill to be able to understand English manuals
  • Positive and welcome problem mindset
  • Japanese skill of communication with customers
  • There are no restrictions on handling government aircraft.

Nice to have:

Having a rotary wing aircraft mechanic licence or aircraft factory mechanic licence are desirable. Experience in maintaining AH aircraft is a big advantage
