Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of customer-driven connectivity projects across Vodafone Group entities. This role coordinates project phases from initial demand to closure, ensures stakeholder alignment, and drives excellence in connectivity delivery across technology domains such as SDN, cloud connectivity, and edge cloud. The individual will work closely with distributed teams, oversee project governance, and support process improvements while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from the G0 gate to G5/6 gate, ensuring timely approvals and quality deliverables
  • Manage connectivity delivery demands from major customers, including Group Data Centres and OpCos within NSU scope
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements, identify dependencies, and drive issue resolution
  • Act as the primary interface for customers at the project level, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Collaborate with VCI, DC service design, office networks, and global engineering teams for early design and consultations
  • Engage regional demand teams to support delivery across OpCo networks
  • Maintain strict oversight on schedules, risks, scope, and budgets to fulfil customer requirements
  • Support Principal Service Delivery Manager in escalation handling
  • Own process improvements with a focus on automation, KPI enhancement, and service evolution
  • Participate in agile projects and facilitate transition of new workstreams to offshore teams
  • Create work breakdown structures or sprints, estimate effort with teams, and build delivery schedules
  • Lead multiple projects and programmes, ensuring detailed design, build, test, and implementation excellence

Requirements

  • Skilled in understanding, validating, and implementing technical requirements across SDN, Public Cloud connectivity, Edge Cloud architecture, and hyperscaler environments (AWS/Azure/OCI/GCP)
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, participating in sprints and daily stand-ups
  • Creative, innovative, and passionate about simplification and service improvement
  • Engaged in continuous skill development with the ability to work collaboratively across distributed teams
  • Holds a BE/BTech in Electronics, Telecom, or IT with proven experience in project/programme/delivery management
  • Preferably certified in PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe
