As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll be a strategic hiring partner for our Engineering, Data, Product, and Technical leadership teams. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact technical roles while helping evolve our recruiting practices, tooling, and hiring bar as we scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, loves partnering closely with stakeholders, and brings strong judgment, creativity, and rigor to technical hiring.
Job Responsibility:
Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized technical roles across Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Product, and Infrastructure
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and interview plans
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing market insights, talent mapping, and data-driven guidance
Source and engage top technical talent using creative, proactive strategies—not just inbound pipelines
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Socure’s values and commitment to inclusion
Drive process excellence by leveraging ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Ashby) to ensure scalable, compliant, and efficient hiring
Use recruiting metrics and insights to continuously improve quality, speed, and candidate experience
Contribute to employer branding efforts, interview training, and recruiting best practices across the TA team
Champion inclusive hiring practices and help build diverse, high-performing technical teams
Requirements:
5–8+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in fast-growing technology companies (SaaS, fintech, AI/ML preferred)
Proven success hiring senior-level engineers and technical specialists in competitive markets
Strong technical acumen—you can confidently engage with engineers and understand complex skill sets
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and push back when needed
Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting analytics to guide decisions
Passion for building inclusive hiring processes and equitable candidate experiences
Experience working with modern ATS platforms (Ashby experience is a plus)
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling processes as the company grows
