As a Technical Recruiter at RevenueCat, you’ll play a vital role in building a remote-first winning team that powers our mission to help developers make more money.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across the company
Use tools like Ashby, Notion, and Slack to run streamlined hiring processes
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team and role
Source, screen, and close exceptional candidates
Build diverse candidate pipelines and challenge bias in the process
Requirements:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or SaaS
Comfortable working in a remote-first, asynchronous setup
Proactive sourcer with experience building talent pipelines for technical and non-technical roles
Skilled at balancing speed and quality
Data-driven with experience measuring metrics like time-to-fill
Operate with empathy and transparency
Flexible and collaborative, able to work cross-functionally
Comfortable working directly with engineers
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Well-organized with the ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities
Nice to have:
In-house recruiting experience at an engineering driven organization
Experience using Ashby and building interview automation workflows
Experience hiring across the globe and understanding international hiring landscapes
