We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in headhunting and LinkedIn sourcing, especially for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for niche/technical positions
  • strong experience in LinkedIn sourcing using Boolean search techniques
  • expertise in headhunting and passive candidate engagement
  • conduct technical screening and assess candidate's genuineness
  • coordinate with hiring managers and drive closures efficiently

Requirements:
