Job Description:

As our Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter, you’ll build and own the full recruiting engine across Europe and worldwide - sourcing, engaging, and closing world-class technical talent. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Your work will directly shape our team, velocity, and trajectory.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, product, and leadership roles
  • Build and deliver a high-velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events
  • Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning
  • Solve complex talent challenges with first-principles thinking and high-speed execution
  • Drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate DualEntry’s growth
  • Manage and guide 1–2 sourcers to maximize output and scale capacity
  • Build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups
  • Proven track record sourcing and closing top engineering and product talent
  • Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics
  • Practical, high-speed recruiting approach with strong ownership
  • Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems
  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency
