EliseAI is growing rapidly—and world-class technical talent is at the core of our success. We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering team by owning the entire recruiting life cycle for technical roles. You’ll partner closely with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and leadership to source, evaluate, and bring top-tier technical talent to EliseAI who want to build from scratch, solve hard problems, and make an impact.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full recruiting life cycle for technical roles, from sourcing through to offer negotiation
Collaborate with engineering and recruiting leadership to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and team culture
Source and engage world-class engineering talent using advanced sourcing strategies, including boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X, in-person events, and other creative channels
Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical roles
Lead candidate outreach, conduct prescreening calls, and guide candidates through the interview process
Represent EliseAI’s technical brand and value proposition effectively to passive candidates
Ensure our ATS is up-to-date and use data-driven insights to optimize and track recruiting performance
Contribute to improving recruiting processes, tools, and strategies based on data and feedback from the team
Plan and attend recruiting events, career fairs, meetups, and campus recruiting efforts to attract talent
Support other recruiting initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
1-5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a focus on technical roles
Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing skills and experience with creative candidate engagement techniques
Ability to quickly adapt and iterate on outreach and targeting strategies based on hiring trends and feedback
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Strong EQ and analytical skills
Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week
