We’re looking for a full-cycleTechnical Recruiter to join our global Talent team at ElevenLabs. This is a high-impact role at the heart of how we build the company: you’ll own searches end-to-end across engineering, research, and deeply technical functions, partnering closely with hiring leaders to bring exceptional people into the business. You’ll operate at the frontier of AI recruiting — balancing high-volume pipelines, deeply specialized searches, and fast-changing needs as we scale new teams. You’ll design sourcing approaches, drive interviews, refine signals, remove bottlenecks, and close world-class candidates. Job Responsibility:
Leading the full recruitment cycle for technical roles — sourcing, interviewing, managing process, and closing top engineering and research talent
Building and executing creative sourcing approaches to uncover high-potential candidates across niche talent pools, from full-stack engineering to developer experience to research
Partnering directly with hiring managers to define roles, refine signals, shape interviews, and ensure a world-class candidate experience
Experimenting with new workflows, AI-driven tools, and innovative recruiting processes to improve speed, quality, and scalability
Analyzing hiring data to inform decisions, optimize funnel performance, and continuously raise the bar for operational excellence
Serving as a trusted talent advisor to leadership and a thoughtful first ambassador to candidates
Requirements:
Proven track record hiring top 1% technical talent (e.g., researchers, ML/AI engineers, full-stack engineers, infra engineers) in a high-bar environment
Demonstrated experience running full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance, including stakeholder management and closing
Expert sourcing abilities — proficient in GitHub, Google Scholar, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and signal-based identification of niche technical profiles
Operate effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments — able to manage multiple complex searches without sacrificing quality
Strong interpersonal skills, crisp communication, and a get-things-done mindset
Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a desire to work in an environment where new tools and workflows are constantly emerging
Nice to have:
Experience deploying AI-based recruiting workflows or tools
Familiarity with Ashby, Metaview, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Prior work in fast-growth or early-stage environments
Comfort recruiting across geographies and understanding regional nuances
