Job Responsibility:
Manage end to end the recruiting processes for Influur’s technical roles in Product, Data and Tech
Partner with Tech, Product and Data leaders to develop sourcing strategies to source, engage and attract key technical roles
Use different sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline
Communicate assertively with candidates, making sure they are engaged throughout the process
Develop a deep understanding of Influur’s business, vision and goals to enable a solid communication with potential candidates
Own the technical interview process to successfully attract and engage top talent
Map out where strong research or technical talent are by staying on top of industry trends
Build out great candidate experience at every stage of the recruiting process from start to finish
Keep track record of key recruiting KPIs like time-to-fill
Requirements:
Experience in high-volume technical recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally within a startup or tech company
Understands recruiting fundamentals deeply, from sourcing and screening to structured interviews and stakeholder alignment
Feels comfortable juggling multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Makes sound, data-informed decisions and isn’t afraid to push back when it’s best for the hire and the business
Is resilient, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity, you see change as an opportunity, not a blocker
Communicates clearly and assertively with candidates and hiring managers, building trust and alignment across the process
Has experience working with Lever or a similar ATS and enjoys organizing processes around clean systems
Is bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable operating across U.S., India and LatAm markets
