Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
3 years+ of HR or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a tech or high-growth startup environment
Hands-on experience in technical recruitment is a strong plus
Genuine interest in technology and ability to grasp technical concepts and team structures
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a strategic HRBP role over time
Nice to have:
Experience working with distributed or cross-regional teams
Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and people analytics tools
Knowledge of employment regulations in Singapore or other APAC markets
Previous involvement in building teams from an early stage
