Job Responsibility
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, primarily focused on DevOps, engineering, and IT
Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and move searches forward efficiently
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across technical disciplines
Manage multiple open requisitions and build strong, active pipelines
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers while ensuring a strong candidate experience
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including participation in weekly team and executive reporting
Requirements
5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles
Experience recruiting for IT, engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps talent
Strong sourcing skills including passive outreach and Boolean
Comfortable working directly with hiring managers and leadership
Highly organized with the ability to manage a high req load
