We are actively hiring a Technical Recruiter to support India-based clients. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role requiring strong sourcing capability, technical understanding, and the ability to deliver quality candidates within tight timelines.
Job Responsibility:
Source candidates aggressively using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen and validate candidates for IT and engineering roles
Understand technical job requirements and align candidates accordingly
Submit quality profiles with quick turnaround time
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Ensure high-quality submissions and closure ratio
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in recruitment (India staffing)
Strong technical/engineering background (IT, Electronics, Mechanical, or related)
Proven experience in IT and/or engineering hiring
Good understanding of technical roles (Developers, QA, Data, Embedded, etc.)
Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Stable internet connection and remote work setup
Ability to work full-time in IST hours
Nice to have:
Experience in niche hiring (AI/ML, Embedded, Wireless, Data Engineering, etc.)
Exposure to contract and permanent hiring models
Strong headhunting capability
