As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will act as a subject matter expert, identifying and placing top-tier talent across both Contract and Permanent positions. You will work closely with account managers to understand the client's digital transformation needs and provide them with the right talent.
Job Responsibility:
Specialized Sourcing: Identify and headhunt elite talent across core verticals, including: SAP: TM Consulting, Project Managers, Cutover Leads, and Functional ERP Module specialists
Data & Cloud: Azure Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Cloud Engineers
Development: Python Developers and AI/Machine Learning specialists
Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the process from initial outreach and technical screening to offer negotiations
Stakeholder Management: Consult with hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability
Contract & Perm Delivery: Seamlessly pivot between high-volume contract requirements and long-term permanent placements
Community Building: Maintain a robust pipeline of 'passive' candidates within the K2 ecosystem to ensure rapid delivery for niche roles
Requirements:
Proven track record in recruitment, specifically within Salesforce, SAP, or broader Engineering/Data sectors
Deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape, including various SAP ERP modules and Azure/Cloud infrastructure
Demonstrated experience managing both Contract and Permanent recruitment workflows
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and technical leads
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related technical field
2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition, preferably within the Technology or Professional Services sectors
