We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team in Sommerville, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational goals. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify candidates with relevant experience for various technical roles
Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate record-keeping
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment plans
Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for the organization
Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Build strong networks and talent pools to support high-volume recruitment needs
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and organizational policies
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques for high-volume hiring
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring processes
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and standards
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain a network of candidates with relevant experience
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring
