As a Technical Recruiter at Materialize, you will help scale our Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to continue to power the exciting growth we are seeing at Materialize. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle, from talent sourcing and candidate experience through offer and pre-hire logistics, while partnering closely with hiring managers, leadership, and the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.You’ll wear many hats and assist with both technical and non-technical roles, although, given our deeply technical product, the majority of the roles you’ll recruit for will have a technical element to them. You’ll play a key role in shaping our recruiting operations and candidate experience while leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, and hiring efficiency. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys blending strategy with execution.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical and GTM roles: from intake and sourcing to offer and pre-hire coordination
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and design data-driven search strategies
Use AI and automation tools to improve sourcing, pipeline management, and candidate engagement
Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, reflecting Materialize’s values and technical culture
Partner with HR on onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires from offer acceptance to day one
Maintain accurate candidate data, metrics, and reports within Greenhouse and other recruiting systems
Partner with Finance and HR on offers and compensation alignment
Support employer branding initiatives that highlight our team, product, and culture to the external talent market
Requirements:
4+ years of technical recruiting experience at a fast-growing tech company or recruiting agency
Skilled at hiring for software engineering, product, and technical GTM roles
Comfortable using AI recruiting tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI, hire-assist platforms) to streamline workflows and generate outreach
Exceptional communicator with a knack for storytelling and relationship building
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or modern sourcing or recruiting analytics tools
Willing to work in a hybrid environment (3x/week) out of our Astor Place office
