We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Sugar Land, Texas. This long-term contract position focuses on recruiting top engineering talent for a leading provider of water and wastewater treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in full-cycle recruitment and demonstrate a proactive approach to building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for engineering roles
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies
Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific positions
Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to provide updates on recruitment progress and candidate status
Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate documentation
Develop job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers to ensure clarity and alignment with role requirements
Build and maintain a strong talent pool to meet current and future hiring needs
Ensure compliance with company recruiting policies and procedures
Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall recruitment process
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Strong background in recruiting for engineering positions or technical roles
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Proactive and organized approach to managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Ability to create effective job descriptions in collaboration with hiring teams
Knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and compliance standards
Preferably, an educational background in engineering or strong attention to detail
