We’re looking for a technical recruiter to own and drive hiring across our engineering, product, and design teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand technical role requirements, craft effective recruiting strategies, and ensure we attract and close world-class talent. You’ll directly shape how we build our talent teams and play a critical role in scaling the company.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles—from sourcing through offer
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview processes, and meet hiring goals
Source and engage top technical talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative strategies
Deliver an excellent candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and thoughtful engagement at every stage
Maintain and share recruiting metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and leadership, serving as a consultative partner on technical talent trends and strategies
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on technical roles (engineering, product, or design)
Proven ability to hire top technical talent in competitive markets
Advanced sourcing skills, including building pipelines of passive candidates
Familiarity with technical recruiting tools and platforms
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
Experience recruiting in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment preferred
